Interested in having a graduate student mentor who can help you learn about opportunities in the major or identify and apply to psychology-related graduate programs or career opportunities?
The Psychology Undergraduate Mentorship Program (PUMP) is inviting undergraduate
students to join. All WVU undergraduate students are eligible. The program has
been particularly valuable for first-generation students or those from underprivileged
backgrounds.
This program can help you succeed as a psychology student and help you identify and apply to:
- Research assistant positions at WVU
- Internship and volunteer opportunities at WVU and in Morgantown
- Graduate schools (and assist with developing/editing application materials!)
- Professional organizations in psychology
- Psychology-related job opportunities
