Ray Joslyn, Ph.D.

About

Dr. Joslyn received his Ph.D. in psychology with a specialization in behavior analysis from the University of Florida under the supervision of Dr. Timothy Vollmer in 2017. After holding tenure-track faculty appointments at Berry College and Utah State University, he joined the WVU faculty in 2023.

Dr. Joslyn is currently accepting applications for graduate students.


Research Interests

Dr. Joslyn’s research interests are in behavior analysis in education, group contingencies, single-case design and behavior measurement, and crime and delinquency. His most substantial contributions to the literature have been in applications of behavior analysis to improve practice in alternative education, with a focus on improving the feasibility and effectiveness of behavioral interventions for at-risk students.
