Quin Curtis Center

The Quin Curtis Center is a psychological service, training and research center that provides innovative, time-efficient treatments for clients with a variety of problems.

The Center provides general mental health services as well as treatment in specialty areas such as anxiety, trauma, depression and childhood behavior problems.

Therapists provide services with and/or under the supervision of licensed psychologists. The Center is designed to provide high quality services to clients and to gain information that will contribute to the further understanding and treatment of other individuals who experience similar concerns.

Services are available in-person, through telehealth (i.e., Zoom) and by telephone. You can reach us at 304-293-1824 if you have questions or are interested in scheduling services.

Please note: All medical and mental health organizations must establish guidelines to practice care in the best interest of current and potential clients. This includes making decisions about the clientele that they serve and the range of services that they provide. Because the Quin Curtis Center is a training clinic for graduate student clinicians, it is possible we will not have the expertise to provide services to treat all presenting concerns. In the occurrence that our clinic cannot accommodate your case, we will provide referrals to more appropriate clinics in the area.

Location

The Quin Curtis Center is located in the Psychology Department, Suite 1232 in the east wing of the Life Sciences Building on the WVU downtown campus. Limited free parking is available in spaces on Campus Drive. A parking pass may be obtained by calling the Center in advance. Parking is also available in a pay-lot directly across the street from the Life Sciences Building.

Please note: The QCC maintains a waitlist of clients interested in services that can vary greatly in length throughout the academic year. We will provide referrals to those seeking services who may need more immediate attention, or to those who do not wish to wait. Thank you in advance for your patience and your interest in the Quin Curtis Center!
